Sheme, founded in 2008, is the first Chinese luxury shoe brand, featuring original designs and craftsmanship, to show together with Haute Couture brands during Paris Fashion Week.
The shoes are inspired by the culture of the Gaoshan people, a people living in the Taiwanese high mountains and famous for their traditional work of emboirderies. The leather used here comes form the finest Italian leather manufacturers. It is embellished with Swarovski crystals and the embroideries feature modernized patterns form the Gaoshan culture.
