Beyond the towering mountain
gorges lies the Dulong ethnic group,
a people who have thrived for generations
around the Dulong River,
adorned in vibrant rainbow attire.
This season's "Hi～HEIHEI" Dulong Smile Collection
uses footwear art to showcase the natural beauty
and cultural optimism of this
"sacred land where gods and humans coexist."
The Dulong ethnic group has been watching over the Dulong River
for generations since the ancient Qiang times.
Ever optimistic, they never fear harsh environments.
They carve homes out of rocks amidst the towering mountains;
women weave hemp into blankets,
while men craft bamboo into tools.
The winding river flows through mystical gorges,
where rainbows appear
after the rain, adding to the enchanting
and mysterious beauty.
They have witnessed the transition
from primitive to modern society.
Using the butterfly,which symbolizes the
Dulong people's resilience in
pursuing beauty despite hardships,
as the maindesign element of this season,
we convey a free and
optimistic attitude towards life, healing
our hearts in times of confusion.

"Butterfly Dream of Zhuang Zhou" interprets the dreamy essence of the Dulong Secret Realm, known as the "land where gods
and humans coexist" this season. According to legend, after passing away,the ancestors of the Dulong people
were taken away by rainbows, and their kind souls,
known as "Axi," transformed into butterflies
called "Baguiyi" to return to the Dulong River
                                                                                     

 

The mysterious Gongshan Dulong River region,
with its post-rain mist, rising clouds,
and rainbow in the sunlight, exudes mystery, purity,
and splendor.
"I do not know whether it was the man dreaming of the butterfly,
or the butterfly dreaming of the man,"
represents the pursuit of a state
where objects and oneself are unified,
just like the Dulong people's butterfly legend represents
their yearning for a beautiful and happy life.
This magnificent presentation showcases the
limited edition art collection series of this season.

three-dimensional butterfly cutout silhouette,
adorned with over 3,000 Swarovski crystals in a gradient pattern,
